Brief History of ABRAPT

Founded on April 3, 1992, during the meeting of the Regional Translation Working Group of ANPOLL, ABRAPT is a civil non-profit scientific association that reunites university professors, undergraduate and postgraduate students and researchers in Translation and Interpretation. Its first Board of Directors was headed by Prof. Dr. Mário Laranjeira, from the University of São Paulo and vice-president Profa. Dr. Rosemary Arrojo, from UNICAMP. Here’s a brief presentation video.
