Genilda Azer\u00eado <\/em>C\u00edcera Antoniele Cajazeiras da Silva Idiomas de trabalho | Work languages: <\/strong> Portugu\u00eas, English<\/p>\n Resumo:<\/strong> A tradu\u00e7\u00e3o intersemi\u00f3tica, tamb\u00e9m denominada tradu\u00e7\u00e3o interartes, consiste na transposi\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema de signos para outro. Trata-se de um movimento e processo que paradoxalmente faz equivaler significados atrav\u00e9s de um sistema s\u00edgnico diferente. Ou seja, a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o intersemi\u00f3tica reconhece a especificidade das v\u00e1rias linguagens semi\u00f3ticas (pintura, literatura, teatro, fotografia, cinema, opera, televis\u00e3o) e ao mesmo tempo acolhe o interc\u00e2mbio entre as mesmas em um processo de transcodifica\u00e7\u00e3o criativa. A defini\u00e7\u00e3o de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o proposta por Linda Hutcheon tamb\u00e9m se alinha com esta perspectiva: ato de apropria\u00e7\u00e3o de sentidos atrav\u00e9s de um processo de recria\u00e7\u00e3o interpretativa. No cerne do processo de tradu\u00e7\u00e3o intersemi\u00f3tica ou adapta\u00e7\u00e3o reside a possibilidade de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas quest\u00f5es, dentre as quais, o presente eixo tem\u00e1tico prop\u00f5e abordar: tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\/adapta\u00e7\u00e3o como intersemiose e intertextualidade; adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e intermidialidade; potencialidades de reinterpreta\u00e7\u00e3o entre artes; po\u00e9ticas e pol\u00edticas da tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\/adapta\u00e7\u00e3o; tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\/adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e seu papel na educa\u00e7\u00e3o; tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\/adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e c\u00e2none; tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\/adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e diferentes p\u00fablicos: comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o e recep\u00e7\u00e3o\/consumo; tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\/adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e prest\u00edgio\/valor cultural. Partindo-se da premissa de que a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o e a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o constituem atos de leitura, resultantes de um processo interpretativo, interessa-nos investigar como se d\u00e1 a intersec\u00e7\u00e3o entre as diferentes textualidades e suas adapta\u00e7\u00f5es, de modo a que possamos discutir aspectos do texto-fonte que s\u00e3o ressaltados e exclu\u00eddos; aspectos que s\u00e3o deslocados, acrescidos, parodiados, bem como os efeitos de significado que tais transforma\u00e7\u00f5es e recria\u00e7\u00f5es produzem.<\/p>\n Palavras-chave:<\/strong> Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o intersemi\u00f3tica, Adapta\u00e7\u00e3o, Intermidialidade<\/p>\n Abstract:<\/strong> Intersemiotic translation, also known as interarts translations, consists in the transposition of a sign system into another one. One may conceive it as a movement and process that paradoxically produces equivalent meanings through a different sign system. In this way, intersemiotic translation recognizes the specificities of different semiotic languages (painting, literature, theater, photography, cinema, opera, Television) and at the same time welcomes the interchange among them in a process of creative transcodification. Linda Hutcheon\u2019s definition of adaptation also aligns with such a perspective: appropriation of meanings through a process of creative interpretation. The process of intersemiotic translation or adaptation allows the investigation of various issues, among which this thematic proposal intends to approach and discuss: translation\/adaptation as intersemiosis and intertextuality; adaptation and intermediality; potentials of reinterpretation among arts; poetics and politics of adaptation\/translation; translation\/adaptation and its role in education; translation\/adaptation and the canon; translation\/adaptation and different publics: industry\/reception; translation\/adaptation and cultural value or prestige. Considering the fact that translation and adaptation constitute acts of reading resulting from interpretive processes and different semiotic systems, we aim at investigating the forms and effects of intersecting among different textualities and their adaptations so as to discuss aspects of the source text which are emphasized or excluded; aspects which are displaced, added or parodied as well as the effects of meanings deriving from such transformations and recreations.<\/p>\n Keywords:<\/strong> Intersemiotic translation, Adaptation, Intermediality<\/p>\n Inscreva-se neste Simp\u00f3sio<\/a><\/p>\n
